Compensation & Schedule:
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $20/hour + commission
- On-target earnings (base + commission): $80,000/year
This is a full-time, in-office role located at our San Diego headquarters:

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to warm leads using a consultative sales approach
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Demonstrate our software products via screen share presentations
- Confidently close sales and follow up with prospects
- Maintain organized and accurate records in our systems
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!

- Confidence in closing sales
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM or sales tools experience is a bonus)
