Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and maintain all job documentation for customer installations
  • Process permits and schedule inspections with accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and ensure all paperwork is properly completed and signed
  • Enter and update customer information in the system
  • Post install payments and invoices, and confirm all equipment details are correctly recorded
  • Process rebate applications and register equipment warranties
  • Scan, upload, and organize all documentation for easy access
  • Communicate and coordinate between the Install, Sales, and Finance teams
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email to customers and distributors

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Administrative experience — HVAC or home service industry experience is a big plus!
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience preferred
  • A proactive, “think ahead” mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems
