    Responsibilities

    Your role as a Instructional Designer and Project Manager will involve: 

    The Instructional Designer and Project Manager will be responsible for managing educational digital projects for a variety of knowledge areas, working together with both professors and companies. These projects can take a variety of forms and include the instructional design and development of games, simulations, interactive exercises, multimedia case studies, tutorials and an array of online courses.

     

    In addition, an important function of this position is taking charge of the design and development of MOOC programs and Executive education online programs. The incumbent will also coordinate the development teams (programmers, designers, and video editors – internal or outsourced) and analyze innovation and technology trends in order to suggest ideas, content or products to enhance the student learning experience.

     

    The ideal candidate should have experience managing educational projects, be very creative, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels. The position requires a strong commercial focus, encouraging the use and promotion of such learning material both internally and externally. 

    Qualifications

    To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
    • MBA or Master´s degree is highly recommended 
    • Background in instructional design/ education
    • Very creative, innovative, and interested in technology
    • Fluency in English and Spanish
    • A good understanding of the principles of teaching and learning and in the case study methodology
    • A strong commercial focus
    • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills
    • Between 1 and 3 years of proven work experience in educational digital projects, e-learning and/or web developments for teaching purposes, or more specifically online courses.
    • Experience in creating VR/AR educational content.
