Every surgery has a team protecting the patient. You are the one protecting their nervous system.
When a patient goes under anesthesia for a complex spinal or neurological procedure, they place extraordinary trust in the hands around them. As an IOM Technologist at MPOWERHealth, you are a critical part of that circle of care ā monitoring the patient's brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves in real time, ready to act the moment something needs attention.
This isn't just a technical role. It's a calling for someone who understands that their skill and focus can mean the difference between a patient walking out of the hospital or not. If that kind of purpose drives you, we want you on our team.
