Job Title:c/Telephony Analyst
Duration: 4+ Months
Location: Painted post, NY
- Ā· Operations team member involved in the design and deployment of Cisco Call Manager solutions and IPT Deployments
- Ā· Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex voice (Avaya or IPT) and data network issues
- Ā· Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues.
Skills/Experience:
- Ā· 2+ years designing, deploying, installing and configuring complex Cisco IPT solutions with Cisco Unified Call Manager clusters, Cisco Unity Voice Mail
- Ā· 5+ years troubleshooting and resolving complex Avaya Definity G3R issues
- Ā· Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways/Gatekeepers
- Ā· Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem solving skills .
