Application Support to support Enterprise Operation PlatformJob Description
- Provide first and second tier support on system
- Monitor and maintain system to be stability and ready to use
- Understand, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, finding the root cause and effectively communicate to users
- Provide timely response, follow-up and resolution to ensure all support activities are tracked and closed within committed SLA
- Work collaboratively with user and development team
- Provide improvement for monitoring system and application proactively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or Science majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, information technology, or related field.
- 5-10 years experience in Application support / IT Operations
- Familiar with SQL / database: MSsql, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- Experience in Cloud platform: Azure, AWS, Oracle Alloy
- Experience in Logs analysis
- Experience with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure monitor
