Αρμοδιότητες:
- Help Desk για υποθέσεις πελατών που αφορούν στα εισερχόμενα και εξερχόμενα εμβάσματα, τόσο με εσωτερικούς όσο και με εξωτερικούς πελάτες.
- Καταχώρηση και επεξεργασία των εισερχόμενων και εξερχόμενων εμβασμάτων.
- Υποστηρίζει το Δίκτυο Καταστημάτων και τις Κεντρικές Μονάδες σε θέματα εμβασμάτων, εξόδων και διερευνήσεων.
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ/ Κολλέγιο/ ΙΕΚ Οικονομικής / Χρηματοοικονομικής ή Θετικής κατεύθυνσης.
- Πρότερη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τραπεζικό περιβάλλον θα εκτιμηθεί.
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
- Καλή γνώση του Microsoft Office (κυρίως Excel).
- Διάθεση για μάθηση, γρήγορη προσαρμογή και ταχύτητα σε διεκπεραίωση εργασιών με υπευθυνότητα.
- Πλήρης απασχόληση σε πρωϊνό ωράριο.
- Σταθερές μηνιαίες απολαβές.
- Eυχάριστο, σύγχρονο και φιλικό περιβάλλον εργασίας.
