About the role

The Gen Business Applications team’s mission is to champion business and customer success across Finance technology by understanding the unique needs of our users and delivering innovative solutions for delightful user experience and impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Managing Global AR Collections & Strategic Accounts
Ensuring timely cash flow and maintaining relationships with high-value customers.
• Overseeing UAT & System Enhancements
Acting as a liaison between Finance and IT to validate changes and ensure compliance.
• Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinating with IT, Treasury, and external partners for process improvements and issue resolution.
• Leading Strategic Projects
Including Escheatment with EY, AR automation initiatives, dashboard development, and process documentation for audit readiness.

About You

· Complex Negotiations & Relationship Management
Building trust and negotiating with global strategic accounts requires nuanced communication beyond AI capabilities.

· Cross-Functional Leadership
Influencing and aligning Finance, IT, and external stakeholders involves interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.

· Strategic Thinking & Risk Management
Decisions on credit risk, compliance, and optimization require contextual understanding and foresight.

· Change Management & Team Development
This role is essential for mentoring, managing transitions, and leading strategic initiatives.
