- 7+ years of retail or related industry leadership experienceย ย

Store Manager Scheduleย
To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the companyโs Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)ย
