We are looking for a RevOps Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team based out of India. You will work closely with US-based Sales, Finance and Legal stakeholders, supporting deal execution, renewal operations and revenue compliance. You will be required to work the evening shift to ensure real-time collaboration with the US team.

A Day In Your Life 

Deal Desk & Renewal Operations

  • Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle from quote creation through contract execution, booking and renewal
  • Review and process deal support requests from the US sales team ensuring compliance with pricing policies, approval matrices and commercial terms.
  • Structure and validate quotes in CPQ for new business, upsells, co-terms and renewals
  • Own the pipeline in partnership with US Customer Success and Sales teams, tracking upcoming New business,expansions and renewals 
  • Manage deal pricing, contract amendments and multi-year structures in CPQ
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder approvals across Sales, Finance and Legal for complex and non-standard deals
  • Maintain deal desk playbooks, approval workflows, renewal schedules and audit trails

Revenue Compliance (ASC 606)

  • Ensure all deals are structured in compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close by reviewing deal documentation and ensuring clean handoffs to Finance
  • Partner with Revenue Accounting on audits, deal memos and revenue recognition schedules

CRM & Data Hygiene

  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity across opportunities, accounts, contracts and renewal records
  • Perform regular audits to identify and resolve incomplete, duplicate or stale CRM data
  • Support CPQ configuration updates, product catalog maintenance and pricing rule changes

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field required
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus
  • 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Willing and able to work evening shift (approximately 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) to align with US business hours
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deals independently and collaborate with senior US based stakeholders
  • Salesforce CRM, DealHub CPQ or equivalent 
  • Strong understanding of deal lifecycle and renewal operations
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Legal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for US stakeholder collaboration

Good to Have

  • Experience supporting partner or alliance deal workflows
  • Exposure to reporting and revenue operations tech stack
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription based business model
