The Role

We are seeking to expand our Solutions Consulting team in Brazil, based in São Paulo, to support Addepar’s growing client delivery and implementation presence across Latin America. This is a foundational position where you will work closely with leading private banks, family offices, wealth managers, and independent advisors to implement Addepar’s platform and deliver an outstanding client onboarding experience.

This role blends technical problem-solving, financial acumen, and client partnership. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating investment operations and data needs into scalable solutions while collaborating with global teams across Product, Engineering, and Client Success.

It’s a unique opportunity to help build Addepar’s LATAM presence and shape how we deliver client success in a growing and diverse region.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across Brazil and Latin America
  • Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision, ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements
  • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a strategic partner in helping them achieve their goals
  • Define and manage project expectations clearly across client and internal teams, balancing multiple time zones and priorities
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar’s platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows
  • Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the LATAM market
  • Navigate local compliance and data-handling norms (e.g., LGPD) to ensure projects meet regulatory standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success to ensure seamless client handoffs and delivery excellence

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role
  • Proven success in solution delivery, implementation, or client onboarding, ideally within wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging both business and technical audiences
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a strong plus)
  • Passionate about financial technology and the evolution of digital wealth management
  • Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows
  • Comfortable collaborating across global teams and managing projects remotely
  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python preferred) is an advantage
  • Experience working with Brazilian financial institutions or under CVM/Bacen regulatory frameworks is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Brazil and occasionally across LATAM
