Product Design II

Job summary

We are seeking a Product Designer II to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for DigiCert’s Trust Lifecycle Manager. In this role, you will define and execute key aspects of the design process, including research, interaction design, and validation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to better understand customer needs and translate them into effective, scalable solutions. This role is ideal for a designer who is comfortable working through complex workflows and eager to make a measurable impact on enterprise user experiences.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and design partners to identify opportunities and define user-centered solutions
• Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows within Trust Lifecycle Manager
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
• Partner with senior designers to apply and evolve design patterns, ensuring alignment with best practices and design systems
• Translate technical requirements and security concepts into intuitive, accessible user experiences
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback
• Represent the user’s perspective in product discussions and feature prioritization
• Contribute to design system components and ensure consistency across the platform
• Measure and iterate on designs using user insights and product metrics

What you will have

• 3+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design
• Experience designing end-to-end user experiences, from concept through implementation
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code or similar tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
• Experience conducting research and translating insights into design solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working within or contributing to a design system

Nice to have

• Experience with AI based design tools and confidence experimenting with emerging AI technologies
• Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS products
• Experience working on complex workflows or technical domains (e.g., security, infrastructure, or IT tools)
• Familiarity with analytics and data-informed design approaches
• Experience contributing to or scaling a design system
• Basic understanding of front-end development and responsive design
