About The Role

The Ad Operations department is responsible for maximizing the performance of our global advertising inventory. This team works at the intersection of ad technology, sales, and campaign management, ensuring flawless execution on the supply side (Sell-Side) to efficiently connect premium brands with our global audience.

As our reputation and opportunities continue to thrive, we are seeking an adops specialist for our Brand Partnerships team to further accelerate and scale our growth. 

You'll play a hands-on role in managing direct display and video campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting data analysis, and contributing to brief responses.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise in a growing business and play a pivotal role in the growth of the Display and Video Ads offering. 

What You´ll do

  • Drive programmatic revenue by directly managing and optimizing supply-side platforms (SSPs) and ad networks.  
  • Build and maintain relationships with key monetization technology partners and external ad networks.  
  • Manage inventory monetization by ensuring the correct configuration of header bidding and ad servers, including Open Bidding, Amazon TAM, and TAM/UAM.  
  • Monitor daily operational metrics such as fill rates, eCPMs, and discrepancies to identify and resolve ad delivery issues.  
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement new ad formats and SDKs within the app and website ecosystem.  
  • Analyze yield performance and generate detailed revenue reports for company leadership.  

Who you are

  • Professional bringing 3+ years of experience in digital ad operations, with a strong focus on the supply side (Sell-Side or Publisher).  
  • Deep and robust hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), SSPs (such as Magnite, PubMatic, Index Exchange), and Header Bidding technologies.  
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
  •  Proven capability to troubleshoot complex technical ad tags, JavaScript issues, and network calls using Console or Charles Proxy.  
  • Fluent in English at a professional level, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively within an international environment and with global partners.
