• The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 2,600. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Role Description

• Build tailored Java SE/EE and Spring Boot solutions that keep modern banks running smoothly
• Write and run thorough unit tests to ensure your code is rock solid and reliable.
• Share your knowledge and offer practical guidance on implementation best practices
• Own key configuration tasks that ensure our solutions are optimized, stable, and aligned with client needs.
• Analyze change requests and defects, and turn them into opportunities to make the system better and more efficient.

Project Description Example

• Our client is a FinTech company offering innovative payments solutions
• We provide the client with several consulting teams dedicated to the development, testing and implementation of the payments solutions

Skills and Expertise

• Hands-on professional experience in Java SE, Java EE, Kotlin or Spring IoC/MVC/Boot development
• Familiar with some of the following technologies: Maven, Apache Camel, Spring Security
• Understand of Design patterns and/or Architectural Blueprints
• Experience in the digital industry (ideally banking, insurance, financial services or management consulting)
• Agile/Scrum experience is highly valued
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements
• Frontend skills e.g. Angular or React are highly valued
