The interview process will involve both English and Spanish conversations; business-level fluency in English is required.

  • Comunicarás periódicamente la estrategia de la cuenta a la alta dirección de Databricks.
  • Asignarás recursos de Databricks para aumentar el consumo de las cuentas existentes.
  • Te reunirás con ejecutivos del cuerpo directivo para comprender cómo Databricks puede impactar en los resultados comerciales.
  • Superarás consistentemente todos los objetivos de actividad, cartera de clientes e ingresos.

Lo que buscamos:

  • Hablante nativo de español; fluidez a nivel empresarial en inglés. Los conocimientos de portugués son favorables, aunque no obligatorios.
  • Pasión por vender un producto altamente técnico en la nube.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia con tecnologías de código abierto y ventas basadas en el valor.
  • Un vendedor creativo con un movimiento de identificación y gestión de clientes potenciales bien definido, y un historial comprobado de influir efectivamente en la toma de decisiones entre desarrollar o comprar.
  • Experiencia en ventas en datos, IA, nube o SaaS.
  • Experiencia comprobada superando constantemente las cuotas de ventas, idealmente orientada a impulsar el consumo incremental.
  • Éxito en el cierre de nuevas cuentas mientras trabajas en cuentas existentes.
