What is The Role

We’re looking for a Global PR Director to lead our external communications and drive high-impact outcomes across priority markets. This is a senior role responsible for ensuring product innovation is translated into clear, credible narratives that build trust with developers and economic buyers, and are amplified optimally across channels and markets.

You will own our global PR strategy, lead major campaigns and launches, and ensure we consistently land differentiated stories across media, social, podcasts, and speaking platforms. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Developer Marketing, Social, and regional teams to drive aligned execution and ensure consistent rollout across markets and channels. This role reports to the Head of Global Communications.

PR is a core lever for how we build credibility and differentiate in the market. This role ensures we show up with a clear, consistent, and compelling narrative globally and translate it into sustained visibility and influence across channels.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Define and implement a global PR strategy aligned to company priorities and positioning
  • Ensure product innovation is consistently translated into strong, repeatable narratives that build credibility with technical and economic audiences
  • Drive high-impact visibility across media, social, podcasts, and speaking opportunities in key markets
  • Lead global campaign planning and major launches, ensuring coordinated, consistent rollout across regions and channels
  • Collaborate closely with Social, Product, Marketing, and Developer Marketing teams to ensure alignment and coordinated execution
  • Lead and optimize team and agency performance across markets, ensuring consistent quality and impact
  • Identify and prioritize the opportunities that will most optimally build visibility and market credibility across channels
  • Partner with executive and product teams to develop a strong, credible spokesperson bench
  • Measure and improve performance, focusing on outcomes not activity

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading global PR in a high-growth tech company
  • Strong track record of driving high-impact visibility across media and broader channels
  • Experience driving the performance of regional teams and agencies across multiple regions
  • Commercial mentality with an understanding how communications supports growth, pipeline, and market perception
  • Confident working with senior team members and advising executives
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment
