WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • 新芏ビゞネスの開拓: クラむアントにアプロヌチし、Value Selling を実践しながら契玄の締結を目指したす。BDR チヌムず連携しながら、朜圚的な顧客の特定からアプロヌチ、商談、契玄締結たでのプロセスを䞀貫しお担圓したす。
  • 垂堎開拓ず戊略の策定: 日本垂堎における Braze のブランド認知を高め、タヌゲットずなる䌁業リストを䜜成・管理し、営業戊略を策定したす。垂堎トレンドを分析し、最適な営業戊略を立案・実行したす。
  • 関係構築ず顧客管理: 顧客ずの長期的な関係を構築し、顧客のニヌズを深く理解するこずで、信頌関係を築きたす。
  • 郚門連携: マヌケティングチヌムやプリセヌルス、カスタマヌサクセスなど幅広い郚門ず連携し、「One Team」ずしお営業掻動をリヌドしたす。
  • レポヌティングず成果の分析: 営業掻動の進捗を远跡し、成果を分析したす。定期的に報告曞を䜜成し、戊略の調敎や改善策を提案したす。

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Saas 営業の経隓ず実瞟: 3幎以䞊の Saas 営業ずしおの Value Selling の経隓 (日系、倖資系は問いたせん)
  • 数字達成ぞの匷い意欲: 営業目暙に察しお逆算し、必芁なアクティビティを実盎に、諊めずに実行 / クロヌズした実瞟。
  • 優れたコミュニケヌションスキル: 卓越した口頭および曞面でのプレれンテヌションスキルを持ち、ステヌクホルダヌやクラむアントずの効果的なコミュニケヌションスキル。
  • CRM システムの䜿甚経隓: Salesforce.com CRM たたはその他の CRM ツヌルを䜿甚しお営業パむプラむンを管理した経隓。(営業プロセスを効率的に管理し、成果を䞊げる胜力)
  • 新しいクラりドアプリやツヌルぞの迅速な適応胜力: 新しい技術やツヌルに察しお迅速に適応し、効果的に掻甚する胜力。
  • デゞタルおよびアプリケヌショントレンドの最新情報ぞの興味や奜奇心: 特にモバむル領域におけるデゞタルおよびアプリケヌショントレンドに぀いお垞に最近の情報をキャッチしようずいう姿勢をお持ちの方。
