ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE โ€” HOME HEALTH | ADAPTIVE

Closers Only. Own Your Market.

We don't want order-takers. We want market dominators who build pipelines, defend territory, and drive volume โ€” week after week. We're hiring hunters, not gatherers โ€” if you're waiting for referrals to come to you, this isn't your role.

THE ROLE

  • Own a territory and grow it โ€” hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, MAs. Build the relationships that drive consistent, high-volume referral flow.

  • Hunt new accounts and lock in existing ones. You're not maintaining โ€” you're expanding. Every week you're pushing deeper into accounts your competitors have underserved.

  • Use market data, penetration metrics, and competitive intel to outmaneuver the field. You know exactly which accounts to hit and when.

  • Move fast. When a referral partner has a need, you're the first call โ€” and you deliver. Partners who work with you get faster responses, smoother intake, and better outcomes than they get anywhere else.

WHO GETS THIS JOB

  • You've produced in home health, hospice, SNF, infusion or like market โ€” and you have the numbers to show it. Existing hospital or clinical relationships that can be tapped quickly in this market are a major plus.

  • You're wired to compete. You track your own performance obsessively, know your conversion rates, and hold yourself to a higher standard than your manager does.

  • You use data to drive your week โ€” not just your gut. You know what your numbers mean and you adjust accordingly.

  • You earn clinical trust fast. Case managers and discharge planners return your calls because you've built real relationships and you never waste their time.

  • You want coaching, not hand-holding. You seek feedback because you want to get sharper โ€” not because you need validation.

COMPENSATION - OTE 150K-250K

Competitive base salary plus uncapped performance commission tied directly to referrals delivered. No ceiling. No cap on what you can earn. We built this structure for people who produce โ€” and we pay accordingly. We aim to put top performers in the top 1โ€“2% of market comp.
