Our sales team is looking for a Channel Sales Manager responsible for Southeast Asia and Taiwan. In this role, you will own the indirect go-to-market strategy for the region. You will manage the strategic and day to day operational relationships with our existing partners, implement the Formlabs Partner Program and drive for end-customer success.

In this role, you will:

  • Maximise growth & market share for Formlabs in Southeast Asia and Taiwan
  • Identify and onboard new partners, assessing market gaps and strategically expanding coverage
  • Implement the Formlabs Partner Program in the territory, including compliance and conflict resolution
  • Manage the pipeline of opportunities being worked on by your partners' sales reps
  • Support and co-sell with channel sales representatives to close deals and demonstrate best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on partner-related activities

About You:

  • STEM degree or engineering background
  • Fluent in English; native or business-level fluency in one or more languages of the region (e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese)
  • Achievement-oriented, hungry to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic negotiator
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership - you hold partners and yourself to a high standard
  • Happy to be face to face with resellers and customers - flexibility to travel is expected
