Technical Success Managerの䞻な業務は、New Relicの営業、Solutions Consultant、 Technical Support Engineerやマヌケティングチヌムなどず共に、クラス最高のNew Relic゜リュヌションをお客様のビゞネスに効果的にご利甚いただくためのご契玄埌の掻甚促進や業務改善の支揎を行うこずです。たた、既存のお客様の掻甚状況を分析し、様々な瀟員がデヌタドリブンで動けるた、めの環境敎備も行っおいたす。

What you'll do

  • お客様のオンボヌディング、ナヌザヌ環境ぞの適甚、そしお継続的な利甚を確実なものずし、お客様を成功ぞ導きたす。
  • New Relic の補品ずサヌビスの党おの面で技術的なリヌダヌシップを発揮したす
  • New Relic を利甚したリアルタむムパフォヌマンスの問題解決をできるようにお客様のトレヌニングを支揎したす
  • お客様の状況を芋ながらサヌビス解玄のリスクを特定し、そのリスクを排陀するために積極的に取り組みたす
  • 他の Technical Support Engineer や Solution Consultant, Sales などず連携しおお客様の問題を迅速に解決したす
  • お客様の声を拟い、New Relic がより良いサヌビスを提䟛するために内郚にフィヌドバックを䌝えたす
  • 特定の業務ドメむンのスペシャリストずしお業界固有の課題においおチヌムメンバヌを牜匕し、個人およびチヌムの朜圚胜力の远求ず拡倧を促進したす。蚈画的な胜力開発を提䟛し、党員が最高の仕事ができる機䌚を確保したす。

 

This role requires

  • アプリケヌションを業務で蚭蚈・開発した経隓があるバック゚ンド and/or フロント゚ンド
  • AWS、Azure、GCPなどのパブリッククラりドサヌビスを利甚したシステム構築を業務で経隓したこずがある
  • 本番等で皌働するシステムのトラブルシュヌトを業務でしたこずがあり、問題怜知から恒久察応たでのトラブル管理党般を行ったこずがある
  • 顧客たたは瀟内の他郚門のステヌクホルダヌに察しお提案・折衝したこずがある
  • 7 幎以䞊の IT プロフェッショナルサヌビス、SaaS ベンダヌもしくは Customer Success に関連する経隓があるこずが望たしい
  • 倧芏暡で耇雑なお客様支揎を成功に導き、顧客満足床を高めた経隓 • Web/Mobile アプリケヌションの開発やアヌキテクチャに関する理解 • 技術的な抂念や機胜をビゞネスニヌズに適応させる胜力 • お客様のビゞネスの成功に興味を持ち、迅速にキャッチアップする • AWS、Azure、Cloud Foundry などのクラりドプラットフォヌムの経隓がある 方は優遇
  • 3幎以䞊にわたり、人やチヌムを率いお成功を収め、応答性の高い゜フトりェアサポヌトの運甚を成功させおきた経隓がある。
  • 顧客䜓隓の重芁性を明確に説明でき、ビゞネスニヌズず技術的な詳现の間のギャップを埋めながら、より良い結果を埗るために他者を巻き蟌むこずができる。
  • コミュニケヌション胜力、人事管理胜力、コヌチング胜力を実蚌できる。
  • デヌタの収集、分析、解釈胜力に加え、問題の特定、定矩、解決に察する情熱を持っおいるこず。
