What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang)
- Build and optimize high-performance, reliable, and secure systems
- Work with SQL databases (MySQL), focusing on performance tuning and query optimization
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
- Develop and maintain APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Improve system observability, reliability, and performance
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of backend development experience, with strong professional experience in Go (Golang) as a primary language
- Experience with at least one additional backend language (e.g., Java, Python, C/C++, Ruby, Scala)
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (preferably MySQL), including query optimization
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
Nice to Have
- Experience building cloud-native applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
- Background in storage, backup, or disaster recovery systems
