Pozisyon Hakkında:
Müşterimizle birlikte çalışacak Content Manager, markanın sosyal medya ve dijital iletişim süreçlerinde aktif rol alacak; içerik planlama, içerik yönetimi ve operasyonel süreçlerin koordinasyonundan sorumlu olacaktır. Bu rol için; sosyal medya dinamiklerine hâkim, yaratıcı içerik fikirleri geliştirebilen, süreç yönetimi ve takibi konusunda güçlü, müşteri ilişkilerinde etkili iletişim kurabilen ve ekip çalışmasına yatkın bir ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz.
Sorumluluklar:
• Sosyal medya ve diğer iletişim mecraları için yaratıcı içerik fikirleri geliştirmek.
• İçerik planlama ve yayın süreçlerini uçtan uca yönetmek.
• Mecra öncesi onay süreçlerini takip etmek ve içerik girişlerini gerçekleştirmek.
• Raporlama ve operasyonel süreçlerin düzenli şekilde yürütülmesini sağlamak.
• Müşteri ve iç ekiplerle koordineli çalışarak projelerin zamanında tamamlanmasını sağlamak.
• Sosyal medya trendlerini ve dijital dünyadaki gelişmeleri yakından takip ederek içeriklere entegre etmek.
• İçerik takvimlerinin oluşturulmasına ve yönetilmesine destek olmak.
• Markanın iletişim diline uygun içeriklerin hayata geçirilmesini sağlamak.
Aranan Nitelikler:
• Minimum 5 yıl reklam veya dijital ajans deneyimine sahip olmak.
• Sosyal medya ve farklı dijital mecralar için içerik geliştirme deneyimine sahip olmak.
• İş takibi, planlama ve organizasyon becerileri güçlü olmak.
• Sosyal medyayı aktif kullanan ve trendleri yakından takip eden bir bakış açısına sahip olmak.
• Sosyal medya trendlerini ve dijital dünyadaki gelişmeleri yakından takip ederek içeriklere entegre etmek.
• İçerik yönetimi, onay süreçleri, içerik girişi ve raporlama operasyonlarını yönetebilmek.
• Müşteri ve ekip içi iletişimde güçlü temsil becerilerine sahip olmak.
