So, what's the role all about?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you're entrusted with a pivotal role in the development process, leveraging your extensive experience and technical prowess to drive the creation of complex, data-intensive software solutions. You will also be expected to embrace and leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate development, improve code quality, and deliver smarter outcomes.

 

How will you make an impact?

Degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering

Strong software development experience in Java/Node.JS,Rest API, SQL, MySQL

Strong hands-on experience working with Datalake architectures, Apache Spark, and Apache Airflow for building large-scale data pipelines and processing workflows

Proven experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent) in day-to-day coding, debugging, code review, and productivity workflows

Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and code performance

A comprehensive familiarity and proven experience in OOD/OOP

Experience developing enterprise-grade software products that can perform, scale, and integrate into a broad enterprise ecosystem.

 

Have you got what it takes?

IT experience 5-7 years.

Experience in high performance, highly available, and scalable systems

Hands-on experience designing and operating data lake / big data pipelines using Spark and orchestration via Airflow in production environments

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tooling into the software development lifecycle — from prompt-driven coding to automated test generation, documentation, and review assistance

Deep knowledge and experience with software design patterns and how they can effectively be incorporated into software design and when not.

Passion to educate and mentor others in engineering best practices and patterns - team player.

Experience working with Agile/SCRUM/Agile software development methodology.

Great initiative - proven ability to tackle projects with a can-do attitude.

Proven experience in operating within a global environment.

 

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Knowledge of Microservices and/or Cloud-Native Development

Exposure to building or integrating with LLM-based services, vector databases, or AI/ML workflows
