当社の Technical Support Engineer(TSE)は、エンタープライズのお客様が安心して TiDB をご利用いただけるよう、製品の安定稼働・性能最適化・障害対応を中心に幅広い技術支援を行うポジションです。
データベースや分散システムに関する高度な知識を活かし、技術的な課題解決から運用改善の提案、社内外との連携まで、一貫してお客様の成功を支えていただきます。

業務内容

  • TiDB および関連コンポーネントの技術問い合わせ対応、性能問題・障害の調査/分析/解決
  • 重大インシデントの復旧支援および RCA の実施、発生傾向の整理とプロダクト改善へのフィードバック
  • TiDB クラスタのセットアップ、設定変更、アップグレードなどの導入・運用支援
  • お客様環境に応じたアーキテクチャの提案や最適化、既存システムとの連携サポート
  • インストール手順・設定ガイドなどの技術ドキュメント作成、ナレッジベースの拡充
  • PoCフェーズのプリセールス技術支援、技術側との密な連携を通じたサポート品質向上
  • 技術レビューや顧客定例会への参加による継続的な顧客関係構築

必須条件

  • データベース技術サポート、SRE、運用保守などの経験(3年以上)
  • MySQL/Oracle など RDBMS の運用・管理経験
  • Linux/Unix の実務経験および基礎的なOS知識
  • データベースアーキテクチャ、性能チューニング、障害対応への理解

歓迎条件

  • NoSQL/NewSQL、分散システムに関する知識・経験
  • Kubernetes などコンテナ関連技術の経験
  • エンタープライズ顧客向けサポートの経験
  • 英語での読み書きスキル(尚可)

雇用条件

  • 勤務地:東京オフィス
  • 年収:700万円〜1500万円以上(経験・能力を考慮の上、優遇)
  • リモートワーク可、フルフレックスタイム(コアタイムなし)
  • 正社員(試用期間3ヶ月)
