We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Manager, Retention & Expansion to help scale one of Payoneer’s strategic commercial motions for existing managed customers.

This role will sit within the Commercial / Pricing Operations team and will own the operational flow behind customer commercial commitments, pricing updates, renewals, terminations and governance. The role will work closely with Retention teams, including CSMs, AEMs and team leads, as well as Salesforce, Configuration, Finance and other cross-functional partners.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure to an evolving process, manage details end to end, use data to identify gaps and insights, and help turn the motion into a scalable operating model.

What you’ll do

  • Own the day-to-day operational flow for customer commercial commitments, from setup through renewal, termination and pricing updates.
  • Partner with Retention teams, including CSMs, AEMs and team leads, to support execution, edge cases, process guidance and ongoing operational needs.
  • Collect, validate and track customer details, commercial terms, committed volumes, renewal dates, pricing actions and required follow-ups.
  • Manage monthly performance reviews against customer commitments, identify gaps, risks and trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Enforce policy when customer commitments are not met, including customer notice processes, pricing updates and internal coordination.
  • Support lifecycle-related pricing updates, including renewals, terminations and commercial governance decisions.
  • Help design and document clear operating processes, including approvals, ownership, handoffs, exception handling and escalation paths.
  • Work with Salesforce, Configuration and other teams to define required fields, reports, process improvements and future automation needs.
  • Use data to monitor customer performance, adoption, revenue impact, retention, renewals and operational gaps.
  • Document recurring issues and manual steps to improve execution and prepare for automation over time.

Who you are

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Pricing Operations, Deal Desk, Business Operations or a similar role.
  • Experience in a high-tech, FinTech, SaaS, payments, financial services or B2B company, with preference for candidates from a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong operational experience managing end-to-end processes with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, approvals and follow-ups.
  • Experience working closely with customer-facing teams such as CSMs, Account Managers, AEMs, Sales or Retention teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, generate insights and recommend practical next steps.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with Looker, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM system.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to bring structure to ambiguous or evolving processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across regions and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, hands-on and comfortable owning operational work from start to finish.
