Bei uns bekommst du die Möglichkeit, echte Einblicke in Food Safety & Quality Assurance zu gewinnen und aktiv an der Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards mitzuwirken.

Als Werkstudent im Bereich FSQA unterstützt du unser Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Logistik, Supply Chain und Quality Management zusammen. Dabei übernimmst du von Beginn an erste eigene kleine Projekte im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und Prozessverbesserung und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer FSQA-Prozesse bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung von Lebensmittel- und Qualitätsstandards entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
  • Mitarbeit bei internen Audits sowie Vorbereitung externer Audits
  • Kontrolle, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Prozessvorgaben
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Qualitätsdokumentationen, SOPs und Reports
  • Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Auswertung von Qualitätsdaten sowie Erstellung von Reports und Übersichten

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ökotrophologie, Biotechnologie, Chemie oder vergleichbar
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich, idealerweise durch Gastronomie, Lebensmittelproduktion oder eine ähnliche Nebentätigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office bzw. Google Suite
  • Interesse an Qualitätsmanagement und Lebensmittelsicherheit
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Eigeninitiative
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Dokumentation, Prozessen und Daten
