Buscamos un/a Especialista ServiceNow (Incidentes y Observabilidad), para un proyecto en el sector financiero con uno de los bancos más grandes del país, enfocado en Event Management y Major Incident Management, integrando plataformas de monitoreo y automatizando la gestión de incidentes.

La posición es híbrida en Quito.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar la arquitectura de integración en ServiceNow para Event Management y MIM (MID Server, IntegrationHub, webhooks, Scripted REST).
  • Configurar Event Management avanzado: reglas de eventos, correlación, deduplicación, supresión y agrupación por servicio/topología.
  • Automatizar el ciclo de vida de incidentes y Major Incidents mediante Business Rules, Flow Designer y Playbooks.
  • Asegurar la trazabilidad evento → alerta → incidente mediante CMDB y alineación a CSDM.
  • Liderar la gestión de Major Incidents, facilitando war rooms, comunicaciones y escalamiento por severidad.
  • Desarrollar componentes avanzados en ServiceNow (Script Includes, APIs, Business Rules).
  • Definir estándares de calidad, seguridad y observabilidad de las integraciones.
  • Elaborar documentación técnica, runbooks y planes de recuperación.

Requisitos:

  • 5 o más años de experiencia en ServiceNow.
  • Experiencia avanzada en ServiceNow Event Management y Major Incident Management.
  • Scripting avanzado en ServiceNow (JavaScript, Script Includes, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules).
  • Conocimiento avanzado de ITSM, CMDB y CSDM.
  • Experiencia integrando herramientas de monitoreo (Dynatrace, Grafana, Zabbix).
  • Certificación CSA – ServiceNow (mandatoria).
  • Certificación ITIL 4 (mandatoria).
