About The Role

Paytient is seeking a B2B Product Marketing Manager to join our B2B Growth Marketing Team. Reporting to the Principal, B2B Product Marketing, you will be the connective tissue between market insights and execution. At Paytient, we are missionaries, not mercenaries; you won't just identify opportunities—you will live the mission by building the operational bridge to move our most critical initiatives to "market-ready," ensuring more people can access the care they need.

You are a master of market intelligence and a champion of sales enablement. You will light the way for our partners and sales team, ensuring our mission—helping people better access and afford care—is backed by rigorous research, clarity of thought, and world-class collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise & GTM Strategy: Manages new product features or enhancements and pilot programs.

Initiative Orchestration: Coordinates with project management to ensure strategic initiatives stay on track, meeting milestones for GTM launches and partnership activations.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors and emerging healthcare trends, translating these into "battle cards" and strategic briefs that keep Paytient ahead of the curve.
  • Case Study Development: Aid in the development of B2B case studies, partnering with the Account Management and Sales teams to identify success stories, and translate data into compelling narratives that prove ROI. 
  • Sales Collateral & Enablement Support: Support the creation and maintenance of high-impact sales collateral, ensuring the Sales team is equipped to communicate Paytient’s value proposition to employers, brokers & consultants, and health plans. You will also build and manage a centralized repository to house all materials, ensuring the most up-to-date research and pitch decks are organized and easily accessible.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, with a heavy emphasis on product marketing and sales enablement. 
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to take qualitative data, and consolidate it into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Project Orchestration: Exceptional organizational skills with a "problem-solver first" mentality. You have a track record of proactively resolving project risks, and creating the structure necessary to move high-priority initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Healthcare/FinTech Fluency: Experience in a complex industry such as healthcare, FinTech, SaaS, or benefits.
  • Content Excellence: Storytelling skills that demonstrate an ability to simplify complex concepts with craft and diligence.
  • Proactive Ownership & Adaptability: An autonomous owner-operator who navigates ambiguity with ease.
