Role: The role based in our HQ at Bengaluru is responsible for hiring (largely sales employees) in few verticals of merchant payments. The role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and experience both traditional retail/FMCG & startup ways of working.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with TA bent of mind to join our ambitious team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning: Execute talent acquisition strategy in line with respective functions’ goals & objectives
  • Process Management: ensure the company recruitment process – job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews etc. is managed
  • Drive referral/campus hiring where required including communication/branding strategy across channels.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence/ latest industry trends to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
  • Have a strong bias for using data to solve problems, data analytics and reporting
  • Data analysis & reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics & analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key recruitment KPIs.

Capabilities & Requirements: 

  • MBA / Post Graduate degree in HR with 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Exposure to bulk hiring / sales hiring is mandatory.
  • Exposure to start up environment is an added advantage.
  • Experience sourcing from different channels – consultants, job portals, self-sourcing, referrals, etc.
  • Understanding and hands on experience with Application tracking system(s).
  • Spikes on execution rigour & influencing/building consensus
