As a Workplace and Operations Intern, you will be tasked with supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced cybersecurity company while serving as the welcoming face of our office. You will play a key role in creating a vibrant workplace culture through event planning, office management, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate operations at a global tech company.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, partners, and employees entering the office
- Planning and executing office events and team-building activities, including themed happy hours and off-sites, to foster a thriving company culture
- Managing essential office operations such as supplies, mail, logistics, and refreshment programs, while coordinating with building management and vendors to maintain a well-functioning workspace
- Assisting with budget planning and generating reports that track office space utilization and support local and global projects
- Collaborating with the Workplace and Operations team on ad hoc projects that contribute to real-world business decisions
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Czech/Slovak
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A service-oriented and solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience in student clubs, volunteer organizations, or event planning that demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively and manage responsibilities independently
