Responsibilities

Workato is on an extraordinary growth trajectory — and we're looking for Account Executives ready to grow with us. As we continue to scale rapidly across the Benelux region, we're seeking an entrepreneurial company builder who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to turn ambition into results.

This isn't a role for someone who follows a playbook. It's for someone who writes one. You'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, build from the ground up, and make a real impact in one of the most exciting chapters of our journey. If you have a builder's mindset, a flexible approach to challenges, and the hunger to be part of something memorable — this is your moment.

  • 2-5 Years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS or technology sales.
  • Experience in working on outbound / community-driven prospecting in the technology space.
  • Have worked successfully with business partners and know how to build long lasting relationships with our VAR ecosystem
  • Demonstrate tenacity, grit, and resilience when faced with adverse conditions.
  • You have experience handling and owning relationships with customers
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • You have experience navigating Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting applications
  • Native Dutch speaker and proficiency in English, preferably based out of Amsterdam, Netherlands
