We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join our R&D team.

What are you working on?

  • Genres: Puzzle, Casual, Word Games

  • Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Lead development team and ensure the successful delivery of projects within AI-driven development pipelines

  • Conduct market research

  • Analyze product metrics

  • Based on this analysis, formulate product hypotheses and implement them together with the team

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Solid and successful experience in mobile gamedev as a Senior/Lead Game Designer, Producer/Product Manager; casual/puzzle games development is a plus

  • Experience working with a variety of AI tools and technologies, along with a strong interest in continuously developing expertise in the AI field.

  • Solid knowledge of mobile games trends and features

  • Solid knowledge of game/product design

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills

  • Ability to analyze the market

  • Knowledge of monetization trends

  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher

  • Russian fluent
