This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with customers and technology in a dynamic, field-based environment. You’ll be at the center of customer support and terminal deployment, combining technical problem-solving with customer interaction. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and learning new systems while making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for terminal deployment and ongoing usage
  • Perform on-field service activities, including troubleshooting and repairs
  • Manage repair shipments and coordinate returns and replacements
  • Order, configure, and maintain terminals as required
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to terminals and customer records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and asset information

Skills and Experience We Desire

  • Very strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email
  • Reliable time management and good timekeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective problem-solving abilities

The contract duration is fixed-term, running through to the end of August 2026.
