Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte di un team dinamico e strutturato, occupandoti di:

  • Gestione clienti B2B e B2C
  • Attività di customer care e supporto telefonico
  • Supporto nella gestione delle richieste e risoluzione problematiche
  • Collaborazione con diversi team aziendali per garantire la migliore esperienza cliente

Cerchiamo una persona curiosa, organizzata e orientata alla relazione con il cliente.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma o Laurea, preferibilmente in ambito economico
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
  • Inglese livello B1 o superiore
  • Ottime capacità comunicative, scritte e verbali
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team in contesti organizzati e strutturati
  • Approccio proattivo e orientato alla soluzione e con buone capacità di negoziazione
  • Capacità organizzative e rispetto delle scadenze
  • Interesse per il mondo dell’Intelligenza Artificiale e le sue evoluzioni
