You will build production-grade AI agents designed to execute complex, multi-step workflows with absolute reliability. Moving beyond simple demos, you will architect the infrastructure for validation, failure handling, and feedback loops. Your work ensures that autonomous systems produce correct outcomes in high-stakes environments, turning ambiguous LLM outputs into dependable, structured enterprise solutions.

What you will do:

• Architect autonomous agents capable of executing multi-step workflows and complex logic transitions.

• Design robust systems for validation, automated retries, and sophisticated failure handling to ensure system integrity.

• Build internal developer tools and feedback loops that allow the system to detect, debug, and improve from failures.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, backend infrastructure, or building high-reliability internal platforms.

• Thinks in terms of constraints, invariants, and schemas rather than just feature development or prompt engineering.

• Possesses a deep interest in debugging complex, non-deterministic problems and a passion for architectural correctness over simple output quality.
