Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end channel’s content strategy to drive views, watch time, and subscriber growth.
- Optimize all video packaging, including titles, high-CTR thumbnails, tags, and metadata to dominate search and suggested rankings.
- Track performance weekly - turn numbers into the next content decision and identify new growth levers.
- Own post-publish distribution - community posts, Shorts cuts, retitling - and double down on what's breaking out.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of actually growing a YouTube channel - subscriber growth, view velocity, retention lifts backed by numbers.
- Deep understanding of YouTube’s recommendation algorithms and audience retention patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and improve CTR, AVD, and retention curves - not just track them.
- Strong editorial instinct for Indian personal finance - able to identify high-potential topics and filter out the noise.
- Comfortable shipping fast across formats without dropping quality.
- Strong understanding of the Indian investment landscape and familiarity with the retail investor and trader audience.
- Ideal for candidates with 4-5 years of work experience.
