How you will shape Prophero:

• • Perform residential real estate valuations using standard methodologies (comparables, DCF, residual, income approach)
  • Build and maintain valuation models in Excel
  • Support divestment strategy with market analysis, pricing recommendations, and scenario modeling
  • Prepare valuation reports and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and external counterparties
  • Track residential market trends, comparable transactions, and pricing benchmarks across target geographies
  • Partner with the commercial team to align valuations with go-to-market strategy
  • Contribute to repricing exercises on the existing portfolio

What you will bring to our team:

• • 4–7 years of experience in real estate valuations, with strong focus on residential assets
  • Prior experience at a valuation firm (Tinsa, CBRE, Savills, JLL, Cushman, Gesvalt, or similar) or in-house at a REIT / asset manager / servicer
  • Solid command of standard valuation methodologies and Spanish residential market dynamics
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple valuations in parallel and work autonomously
  • Spanish fluency required; English not required
  • Based in Madrid (in-office / hybrid)
