Data Engineer

Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un Data Engineer con experiencia en el diseño, construcción y optimización de soluciones de datos escalables. Será responsable de habilitar la integración, procesamiento y disponibilidad de información para iniciativas analíticas, de inteligencia de negocios y ciencia de datos, colaborando estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinarios y áreas de negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos robustos y escalables.
  • Implementar soluciones de integración, transformación y almacenamiento de datos en entornos cloud.
  • Participar en la definición y evolución de arquitecturas modernas de datos (Data Lake, Data Warehouse y Lakehouse).
  • Colaborar con áreas de negocio para comprender requerimientos y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas eficientes.
  • Garantizar la calidad, disponibilidad, seguridad y gobierno de los datos.
  • Impulsar buenas prácticas de DataOps, DevOps y automatización de procesos.
  • Participar activamente en proyectos bajo metodologías ágiles.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Computación, Sistemas, Actuaría, Matemáticas, Ciencia de Datos o carreras afines.
  • Más de 1 año de experiencia en Ingeniería de Datos, Arquitectura de Datos, Business Intelligence o disciplinas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de soluciones de datos dentro de entornos ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Conocimiento en modelado y arquitectura de datos empresariales.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • SQL avanzado.
  • Python y/o Scala.
  • Apache Spark.
  • Airflow y/o dbt.
  • Plataformas de datos como BigQuery, Snowflake o Redshift.
  • Servicios cloud, preferentemente AWS.
  • Diseño e implementación de Data Warehouse, Data Lake y Lakehouse.
  • Frameworks y metodologías como Data Mesh y Data Vault.
  • Procesamiento de grandes volúmenes de datos (EMR, Spark, Hadoop).
  • Prácticas de DevOps, DevSecOps, DataOps y MLOps.

Idiomas

  • Español e inglés intermedio-avanzado.
