Perfil: PRODUCT MANAGER AI

Modalidad: HÍBRIDA CDMX (TORRE MAPFRE, REFORMA)

Buscamos un Product Manager para liderar uno de los productos de inteligencia artificial dentro del portafolio de transformación AI. Es un rol de alto impacto, alta visibilidad y autonomía real: vas a ser dueño de un producto end-to-end, con squad propio, presupuesto, OKRs y autoridad sobre el roadmap. Lo que construyes llega a clientes y empleados, todos los días, en tiempo real, a escala.

Responsabilidades:

·        Ser el dueño end-to-end de un producto AI: visión, estrategia, roadmap, métricas de éxito y ejecución.

·        Liderar un squad de ingenieros con la velocidad y el rigor de una startup de producto.

·        Definir y defender las decisiones de scope: qué se construye, qué se mata, qué se pospone.

·        Trabajar directamente con clientes y operadores finales para entender el problema real y validar las soluciones.

·        Mover métricas de negocio concretas. Serás dueño y responsable de lograrlo.

·        Coordinar con áreas de tecnología, datos, seguridad, legal y operaciones para llevar producto a producción de manera segura y escalable.

·        Comunicar progreso y trade-offs con claridad a stakeholders ejecutivos.

Requisitos:

·        Min 5 años de experiencia construyendo y lanzando productos digitales a producción.

·        Track record demostrable de productos shippeados, con métricas de impacto reales.

·        Experiencia liderando o coordinando equipos de ingeniería.

·        Sólido entendimiento técnico: capacidad de leer código, debatir arquitectura, y tomar decisiones técnicas informadas.

·        Trabajo fluido con LLMs en producción: prompts, evals, model routing, feedback loops.

·        Uso diario de herramientas AI (Claude Code, Cursor, agentes) como parte natural del flujo de trabajo.

·        Español nativo o avanzado e inglés profesional avanzado.

 

Candidato ideal:

·        Background de ingeniería que evolucionó hacia producto (es un plus, no un must).

·        Experiencia con Kiro

·        Experiencia en empresas de producto digital de alta velocidad: startups venture-backed en LatAm o empresas globales reconocidas por su cultura de shipping.

·        Founder o early employee con experiencia llevando un producto de cero a escala.

·        Operador, no observador: tomas decisiones, asumes riesgos, ejecutas bajo presión y entregas resultados con timelines ajustados.

·        Curiosidad genuina por AI y por el negocio de aviación, retail, hospitality, o industrias intensivas en relación con el cliente.
