About the role

We're seeking someone that is an outlier in their class, particularly amongst strategy, design, sales, marketing, branding, writing, social media, art, psychology, and/or videography.

Responsibilities

You are to shape how Liquid will present itself by crafting clear and compelling narratives across product, branding, and distribution channels.

Additionally, you have a high amount of experimental freedom and agency. Innovation is key, and anything that drives user growth, activation, and retained volume is within our alley.

• Partner closely to product, design, and engineer to translate market insights to features, positioning, and launches

• Build, define, and refine repeatable playbooks for sales, partnerships, and creator collaborations

• Create standout assets, including but not exhaustive of decks, social content that make complex financial products feel intuitive and aspirational

• Talk directly with users, traders, and partners to understand their needs, then convert those insights to strategy and measurable insights

• Track performance rigorously, and engineer data to decide what to double down on, what to cut, and where to explore next

Our interview process

We do not believe in traditional interview processes, and a practical experience is better for us to gauge your experience.

Work trials are paid generously and we may fly you out to New York City to integrate with the team and the office. For this application, please expect a higher chance to attend an interview with us in-person at our office in SoHo, Manhattan.

Compensation and benefits

$90,000 – $240,000 USD

Base salary is not only one of our total compensation package at Liquid, which also includes early equity, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, wellness benefits, transportation to-and-from office, and fully compensated lunch and dinner.
