The Team
TripleLift’s Finance team drives financial excellence for the company through timely reporting and decision support. They collaborate with teams across the organization optimizing resources and providing long-term value for both our employees and our investors.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our dynamic team. The AP specialist will be responsible for managing the invoice process, maintaining relationships with vendors, and assisting with month end close. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Invoices: Review, process, code and verify the accuracy of invoices in a timely manner
- Vendor management: Maintain positive relationships, ensure entirety of vendor profiles in AP systems, and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist with month end close
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from a reputed university. Example B.Com or M.Com
- Prior experience in accounts payable - 3-5 years experience in AP working for a software services or products company will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Tipalti, Bill.com, Tallie is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple time zones.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Worksheets
- Candidates should be comfortable working in the 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST shift for this role.
