Awardco's customers are top priority, and our Customer Support team ensures each Awardco user has the best experience possible while using our product. 

The current shift available are: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri 6am-2pm

What you will do:

  • Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets
  • Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues
  • Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
  • Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 
  • Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:
    • Salesforce
