Product Designer

Location: Berlin, Hamburg or Barcelona

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Strategy & New Business team. You will own a design for a vertical focused on complex B2B products — workflows that go far beyond a simple booking screen. Think multi-step enterprise flows, operational tools, and experiences that need to be both powerful and effortless to use.

This is not a role for someone who wants to polish an existing UI. You will work on products that are still being defined, shaping how new business models look and work from the ground up.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Own end-to-end design for your vertical — from early discovery and research to final specs and engineering handoff
• Translate complex operational and business requirements into clean, intuitive user experiences
• Run and synthesize user research to validate assumptions and inform design decisions
• Work closely with Product, Researchers and Engineering as an active partner, not just a handoff point
• Contribute to and maintain Freenow's design system across products
• Use data and post-launch analytics to evaluate and iterate on your designs

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 4+ years in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or operations-heavy products with a blend of App and Web designer experience
• Proven experience turning complex, information-dense workflows into simple, usable products
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable contributing to design systems
• Fast prototyper who validates early and often with Product and Research
• Web-first; mobile experience is a plus
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — you start exploring before the brief is complete
• Clear communicator with PMs, engineers, and senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German is a significant advantage
