As Campaign Manager, youโll be the engine that powers Kyraโs creator campaigns from start to finish. Youโll manage day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring that everything runs on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard. From briefing creators to reporting back to clients, youโll bring structure, energy, and problem-solving to every campaign you touch.
What Youโll Be Doing
๐ Campaign Management
Own day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands
Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals
Be the main point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams
๐ฏ Client Service
Build trusted relationships with clients by delivering clear, proactive communication
Anticipate client needs and ensure campaigns exceed expectations
๐ค Creator Collaboration
Source, brief, and manage creators throughout campaign lifecycles
Ensure content meets brand guidelines, cultural nuance, and campaign objectives
๐ Reporting & Optimisation
Track campaign performance using Kyraโs proprietary platform and analytics tools
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
What You Bring
๐ Experience & Skills
3-4 yrs experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign/project management ideally working with beauty, fashion or life style brands.
Negotiation experience w/ creators
Creator contracting experience
Strong written-communication skills
Ideally some client facing experience
Must be able to work US hours (EST/CT/PST)
Strong organisational prioritizations skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at speed
Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders with ease

Understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and digital marketing
