Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA grows 3x year over year, and we are looking for a Product Designer, someone who will help us scale even faster.

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to take full ownership of design — from visual identity to user experience across web and mobile. This is the first design hire in the team. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to shape, validate, and scale product solutions with real business impact. You’ll have the opportunity to influence not only product UX but also brand presence, customer engagement, and marketing campaigns.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end product design (web + mobile)

• Define and evolve UX and visual direction

• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and marketing

• Turn ideas into testable solutions for product and marketing

• Help build a scalable design system
