Product Analyst

KMA products are global leaders in utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness niches — AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, Calorie Counter, and more. These products hold Top-1 positions in the App Store and solve the needs of a community of hundreds of millions of people. Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA grows at least 3x year-over-year — and we are looking for a Product Analyst, someone who will help us scale even faster.

About the role: You will join the Botan team — an iOS product with fast growth ambitions. Here, analytics is not just “reporting,” but a core driver of product evolution. You will turn numbers into clear decisions that directly impact growth, working closely with marketing, product, and engineering.

What you’ll do:

• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests.

• Build and maintain product dashboards (the foundation is ready, but it requires optimization and process improvement).

• Analyze key product and marketing metrics (CR, ROI, LTV, Retention).

• Develop and improve the product analytics infrastructure.

• Explore user behavior and generate growth hypotheses.

• Support decisions aimed at improving engagement, retention, and monetization.

• Collaborate with marketing on traffic quality and unit economics.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in a Product Analyst or Data Analyst role.

• Strong SQL skills.

• Experience with Amplitude (or similar product analytics tools).

• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical methods.

• Experience with mobile app analytics (iOS/Android).

• Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.

• Proactive mindset, autonomy, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience with web analytics.

• Understanding of marketing data and traffic acquisition specifics.
