Job Description

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team. As the Training Coordinator for our global team, you will ensure the seamless execution of learning initiatives worldwide. You will bridge the gap between regional needs and global strategy, ensuring that our training programs are high-quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Logistics: Coordinate training schedule  and ensure materials are distributed globally.
  • LMS Administration: Own the Learning Management System Trainual (LMS). Handle course uploads, user registrations, and maintain 100% data accuracy for compliance reporting.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for regional HR managers to identify local training needs.
  • Regional Partnership: Work closely with local managers to keep training content current and aligned with local market needs. You'll ensure global programs remain relevant at the ground level.

Who You Are

  • A Good communicator: You are culturally savvy and adapt your communication style to your audience.
  • A Systems Thinker and Tech-savvy: You have experience in L&D coordination or project management, with a deep comfort in LMS platforms preferably Trainual.
  • Detail-Oriented: You’re the person who catches the typo in a calendar invite and the glitch in a registration form before anyone else does.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
