Als Quality Management Officer (gn) bist du für das Weiterentwickeln des QM-Systems im Produktionsumfeld verantwortlich. Your mission

• You develop the QM system within the production environment and implement best practices for food manufacturing
• You work closely with the central quality management team to harmonize processes and certifications across all sites
• You create, review, and implement practical standard documents and SOPs for daily operations
• You provide functional guidance for HACCP coordination and local quality representatives to ensure uniform standards
• You ensure audit and certification readiness while maintaining efficient, lean-oriented processes
• You promote a company-wide quality culture and view quality management as a partner-oriented service

Your experience & skills

• You hold a degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Process Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in QM within a manufacturing company in the food or supplement industry
• You possess profound knowledge of FSSC 22000 and HACCP, as well as extensive experience in auditing and certification
• You are experienced in implementing and harmonizing SOPs within complex organizational structures
• You ideally have a basic understanding of Lean and OPEX principles and embody a service-oriented quality mindset
• You are a strong communicator in German and English with high assertiveness and a keen sense for change management processes
