FOCI Compliance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced risk management professional to support Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) programs and DoD governance initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in protecting national security interests through rigorous compliance oversight, internal controls, and strategic risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and internal control testing, developing and executing corrective action plans across business processes and systems.
• Coordinate governance reporting, including the annual Statement of Assurance, and maintain risk management data using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and Strategic Portfolio Management platforms.
• Monitor FOCI mitigation plans and performance, collect security data from legal business entities, and prepare detailed correspondence on FOCI matters.
• Conduct stakeholder outreach and engagement to support FOCI compliance and mitigation efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, compliance, or security within the DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal government.
• Working knowledge of DoD RMIC policy and FOCI-related programs.
• Experience with compliance reporting and governance frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with DoD Instruction 5010.40, the DoD Statement of Assurance handbook, and the Chairman's risk assessment process.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM or Strategic Portfolio Management modules.
• Knowledge of DCSA direction and FOCI mitigation strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree a plus.
