What You’ll Be Working On

 

 Wholesale Account Leadership and Relationship-Building

  • Partner with Director in management of key account business for Sol de Janeiro and build strong, collaborative relationship with retailer teams and internal cross-functional partners.

 Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • Partner with Director on weekly sales reporting and communication, identifying opportunities, amplifying successes, tracking rankings, providing key highlights etc.
  • Collect, aggregate, and synthesize retailer reporting and consumer data to outline opportunity.

 Core and Launch Strategic Assortment Support

  • Create and update launch and assortment templates and trackers.
  • Own omni assortment set-up with retailer including sku attribution and updates, online ppage set-up, pricing set up and changes, samples, planogram schematics, logistic information, etc.
  • Own execution of brand activations at retailer
  • In partnership with marketing team and Director, develop and manage sampling and gwp assortment for retailer.

Visual Merchandising

  • Support Director, visual merchandising, marketing, and retailer teams to execute instore visual merchandising deliverables including design, planograms, timelines, (endcaps/towers/gondola) and corresponding inventory planning and support.


Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree required minimum.
  • 3+ years in Sales/Account Management, Category Management or Retail Management.
  • Ability to go into our NYC office as needed. 
  • Experience working in beauty industry is preferred. 
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite); Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. 
  • Ability to work with data from multiple sources and interpret the data to provide actionable conclusions.
  • Strong analytical ability; attention to detail and organizational/time management skills.
  • Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Desire to work in a strong team environment. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others.

Salary Range
$75,000$85,000 USD
